What is Focused Intention Technique(FIT) Trauma Healing and Programs?

Focused Intention Technique 11-steps method not only addresses the healing of trauma at its place of origin and the training programs also allow you to draw attention to unconscious resistance, blocks, patterns that keep you stuck and looping in a cycle of ongoing trauma with no release or freedom.

FIT is a very affect mind-body approach for accessing key components for healing trauma at the cause. The steps are needed so you can successful not trigger the fight and flight response but instead use the steps help guide yourself to go within and use the natural healing wisdom of the body to complete the trauma cycle. Once you know how to access this place within the body you can easily use the 11-step process on yourself and others to heal trauma on all levels.

Trauma does not have to be a fatal car accident, a death, returning from war, rape, abuse, in my mind the way I view trauma is, if you view the world, others, and self in one way and then something happens to you and you view the world, others, and self in a different way that can be a traumatic circumstance.

It is an enormous challenge to find safe places to work with emotional pain and trauma. I’ve found that most people who have been hurt by their life circumstances have not been surrounded by an uplifting, encouraging, caring community of people to whom to belong.

FIT Trauma Healing is a cutting edge approach to resolving and diminishing trauma, stress, tension and life patterns of all kinds, along with the negative and often debilitating and disastrous effects they can have on your body, your mind, your relationships, your soul, and your success in your life.

FIT is a body-based, relational approach that taps into the body’s own innate intelligence and healing capacity. The vehicle we use to get there is intelligently, compassionately and intuitively guided body connection, breathing, energy medicine and a dialogue that gently switches on the part of the brain for completing, expressing or releasing what it needs to heal trauma and return natural, open, spontaneous, relaxed and peaceful state.

In the FIT healing we are giving your body a second chance that enables it to metabolize, complete or release past events, survival response patterns, and chapters of your life as well as relational patterns and energies that are stuck or looping in your system and shutting down parts of your brain and fragmenting parts of your soul.

A big component of trauma work is to create a feeling of safety.  In the Fit healing and training a person receives and experiences the support, holding and protection they need to restructure the effects of trauma.

You may not be able to change your past but you CAN change how it shows up in your body and affects and influences you in the present.

What to expect After Your First Session.

There is both comfort and discomfort in staying with an old and familiar viewpoint or limiting beliefs. There is a certain comfort in continuing to do what you have always done just because you KNOW what will happen. You know what outcome to expect, even though you sometimes don’t like how you feel when it happens. There is also discomfort in continuing in your old ways, especially when those ways sometimes make you feel as if nothing is going the way the way you want, and everything is about to come crashing down on you. In addition, there is the uncomfortable prospect of changing to something unfamiliar, which automatically triggers your fear of the unknown. Sometimes things have to get so bad that you are less afraid of a change, than of continuing in the previous direction. This is why the first step towards change is sometimes a move of desperation, a last ditch effort to make your life work.

Because of this, it usually takes a large step of faith before you feel ready to make the first personal growth step. In taking this step, it helps to know you can expect your life to be truly better after the change. This is one of the main things that makes you willing to go through whatever is necessary to make the change happen. And you need to know that there is really nothing to be afraid of. In this case it is true that “The only thing we have to fear is fear itself”.

Stepping out of your comfort zone will be the best thing you can ever do and you WILL thank yourself for the rest of your great life.
